is there a recording or transfer tax exemption in Virginia when I am transferring property out of my living trust to myself?

Having reviewed Va Code 58.1-811 with its exemptions listed in
A.12 and B 6 D, I would have to conclude that no recordation tax should
apply to this kind of transfer since the grantor and the grantee are essentially the same and no consideration passes from one to the
other in such a transfer.
