Question

My husband's first wife died 20 years ago. He owns property due to tenants in entirety. His deceased wife's name has been removed from property title. Can he add his currents wife's name to property title.

Answer

Sure he can. The nature of ownership of property as "tenants-by-entireties" is that the surviving spouse owns 100% of the property the moment of death of the other spouse. So all he needs to do is get a quit claim deed prepared conveying the property from himself to himself and his present wife. Pretty easy.
