Question

I just went to court in feb. For custody of my 7 year old. I got 68/32 split with his dad and now dad is taking me back to court for more custody because he lost his job and can spend more time with his child now. I work 3 nights a week. What are the chances the judge will over turn his order?

Answer

The answer doesn't change because you add a few more details. Every child custody case is decided on it's VERY specific details. You would have to send us all the evidence on both sides for me to offer even an educated opinion as to what the court will do, and even then the real judge could decide differently.

Answer

Parenting time is always designed for the child's best interest. All the factors associated with your family and it's influences on the child must be evaluated by an experienced family law attorney.
