I have sole custody of my two children in Indiana. My ex bf has emergency temp custody in Ohio due to tricking me and kicking me out after I found child porn in his lime wire account. I have visitation 3 days a week but my kids keep coming to me with bruises. I'm afraid to give them back after I get them for there safety. What should I do since we both have custody in two different states.
