Hello,I'm a international student.My roommates and I rent a house in Miami,FL.(exclude water，electric ..fee)This month we will check the water bill for the last 3 months,however,it's over 2000$.After the plumber checked our water pipe, they found that the pipe of toilet is leaking.So who will is responsible for the water bill?us or the landlord？Thanks.
