Can an party (non family) file suit against a person that is ask to help one of there family members with medical residence without them having any proper medical training in that area if they are injured or would die on the property by accident or even natural causes?

I think you need to re-write your question and explain in some detail what happened. I can't really make sense out of it. I'm not sure who would be doing the suing, who it is that would be sued, and for what reason would they be sued.
