Question

I was a Care giver for my mom for years and now she passed away. Siblings are forcing me out of the house. I got a 60 day notice to vacate. What right do I have can I put a lean on the house for being a care giver for 5 years ?

Answer

The simple fact that you were a care giver does not give you a right to place a lien on the house.

You may have some rights by way of being one of your mother's heirs. Much depends on who inherits your mother's estate, and who is the executor.

Without knowing more about your situation, it is not really possible to say anything more. I suggest you meet with an attorney in your area to review your rights, and to help you negotiate a solution to this problem.
