I'm a freelance graphic designer with an established LLC in Indiana. I operate under HurleyStudios, LLC and a dba of HurleyStudios. Can I use my existing LLC to Owner-Build my own home and provide myself a layer of personal financial protection? If yes, will I have to somehow legally "transfer" the property to myself and my husband upon completion?
