I live in Florida now but my divorce was in Illinois where my ex husband lives. My husband stopped paying me my "alimony" amount as stated in the divorce decree. He cut the payment in half. What is my best recourse. I cannot afford a lawyer

Florida court has no jurisdiction to act. Any action must be before the Illinois court.
