If it is a breach of your lease, then yes.

Do I have the right to to met my child's fathers new girlfriend who lives with him?My son is always around her when he visits his father and i was just wondering if i have any say in meeting her ?
Do you have a right? Nope. If you are nice and try and do it civilly because she is around your child they may not have any issues. Ask nice and see what happens. If this person breaks the law, you may have issues with custody or visitation other than that you won't enforce anything.
It is appropriate to be introduced to individuals living in the same household where your child is. If this issue cannot be resolved informally, consider a return to court and request mediation or co parenting counseling.
I was charged 10 years ago with drug crimes I did not commit can I sue
No, even if you were convicted and for some reason you had grounds to sue you waited too long.

my credit report shows my 2nd mortgage was included in my chapter 7 bankruptcy. can they still forclose on my house
They could, It's still there, chapter 7 doesn't void home mortgage liens, even seconds. Whether it's worth it or a good business decision from their standpoint is another matter. Maybe you should talk to a housing counselor and see if you can stop it under O'bamas new law.

can you leave country of moldova if you owe hospital bill
Why don't you check with some proper authority in Moldova?
We have a time clock issue. If I start work at 1pm and I clock in at 1245pm as instructed.
Do I or don't I get paid those 15 minutes ? Or can I punch in 5-7 minutes early and go from there ? They want to deduct my pay a half hour for not clicking in 15 minutes early but they do not want to pay me or anyone else for that time.
Please advise we are in need of help and everyone here is now afraid of the bosses.
Thank you for your time and help.
David
David,
That sounds like a management issue rather than a timeclock issue. The law requires that your employer pay you for all time worked unless such time is deminimus. 15 minutes is not de minimus. You should be paid for the time. In order to better understand your rights, consider contacting a qualified wage and hour attorney. Most of us will speak with you at no cost.
Does a preacipe to settle and discontinue being filed, mean that a civil case has been settled? I live in PA. My family has a civil case against an auto maker in the death of my father due to faulty equipment. My father and step mother are the named plaintiffs in the case, there is also an estate opened. If a settlement is reached, would it go directly to the spouse, or into the estate? There are 3 children. We have not been contacted by the attorney yet saying a settlement has been reached.
Who stepped into your father's shoes at the time of his passing i.e. who is the representative of the estate. If the matter was settled with a payment then estate representative should have agreed to it.
A "Settle, Discontinue, and End" means that the case is over. You should talk to the atty representing the plaintiffs to get details.
