I am a Board Member of a Florida HOA. We have many social clubs within the HOA and 2 of these involve drinking alcohol (wine tasting club, Craft beer club). We would like to post a disclaimer in the newsletter absolving the HOA of any potential lawsuits. How could this be worded?
You cannot absolve the HOA of all lawsuits. If the group acts negligently they can be responsible. Seek legal help to craft your document to fit your needs and concerns

In what context were you asked to submit an I-134, i.e., for whom are you submitting it and what immigration benefit is that person requesting?

About 2 years ago, my hubbies ex released him of his child support arrears. They both went before a judge and the judge agreed only because the arrears are from the time that my hubby had custody of the child due to the mothers drug abuse. Less than 6 months later, she went back before the court and refiled a motion to revive the arrears. My question(s) are as follows: Can the arrears be revived once they have been dismissed by a judge? How does my hubby get a copy of the agreement that dismissed the arrears? The clerk of court says that's not something that gets filed with them. The only people who seem to have the copy if child support enforcement and they won't give him a copy because they say that it's private info in her file. Any help would be of great help. P.S. I live in GA.
Arrearages never go away, so your husband is mistaken. An agreement not to seek an arrearage is unenforeceable, so even if she dropped the case and dismissed it, which sounds like what happen, she can refile and seek the arrearage, plus interest, at any time. Tell him to pay it off so he doesn't risk contempt, arrest and loss of his driver's license.

A co-owner may legally force a sale of property, and oftentimes if other co-owners want to keep the property they have no choice except to "buy out." However, if a co-owner who wants out doesn't try to force a sale they generally won't be able to force payment.

Maybe. The first step is to file a dispute with the credit card and see if the charge will be removed. The Target breach was huge and affected a lot of people. They are taking steps to resolve the issue and the best method is to let them resolve it.
IF they fail to resolve it, then you can sue, but you would be limited to a refund of the charges on the card.
Will my new wife have to pay my back child support?
Not directly, but community assets can be levied to pay back support debts, and most other debts. So if, for example, her paycheck is deposited in a joint account with you, the money could be taken to pay the back support. The same with investment accounts, etc. Anything that is held in your name is fair game, and anything she contributes to that has your name on it can be subject to collection proceedings for child support or any debt.
She should keep her earnings in a separate account for which you have no withdrawal rights. That is the only way to protect her earnings.
