My mother died two years ago in May, and my brother in October of same year. Both estates have not been completed, and cannot seem to get help to complete from the estate attorney. I have had problems from day one, and am half beneficiary in both estates. My daughter is the executot and has not spoken to me in a year and a half. It is Indiana, and I live out of state.
