Question

I recently found out that a preliminary hearing motion was filed in my felony criminal case 3 months before I bonded out. An indictment was handed down the month after I bonded out. I am now serving probation as a result of a plea deal. Given the fact this right was denied is this grounds to have my sentence vacated/overturned.

Answer

CAVEAT EMPTOR

Answer

Whether your rights were denied is immaterial since you have resolved the case with a guilty plea. The guilty plea waives all other rights. Good luck on probation.
