Landlord sent me an email with move out instructions where they said that if they were going to put a claim on my security deposit they would be doing so in first 15 days and if not then in 30 days they would return my deposit. They put a claim on it on the 25th day. According to fl law they have 30 days to put a claim on it. However their move out letter says 15. If I take them to court which would stand the 15 or 30? Thanks
