I reported my daughter as a runaway over a week ago. I was driving and seen her on her friends porch they ran inside so I called the cops and they wouldn't let the cop inside what legal action can I take

If the facts are as you say they have to have probable cause to believe that a crime is being committed and or get a search warrant. You didn't say how old your daughter is or what the issues of her running away are. Perhaps you need to contact the Department of Human Services.
